About The Workshop

 

It’s the perfect time to reset and refresh with a practice that warms, energises and restores. Harnessing the benefits of heat and cold, this workshop is designed to invigorate your system and leave you feeling renewed.

Across the two hours, Becky Lennox and I guide you through breathwork, a flowing Hot Yoga practice (around 30°C), slower held postures and Yin. Gentle hands-on adjustments are offered throughout to refine alignment and support ease. We then step into the garden for a cold plunge (around 10°C), finishing with a fresh juice shot and a warming cup of chai.

All levels welcome.

What To Expect

  • Breathwork to prepare the breath and focus

  • Dynamic Hot Yoga to warm and open the body

  • Slower held postures + Yin for deep release

  • Guided cold plunge outdoors

  • Optional use of the shower afterwards

  • A cosy chai tea and detox shot

  • Supportive, small-group setting

 

What To Bring

  • A yoga mat if you prefer to use your own (mats and grippy towels provided)

  • A grippy towel for your mat if you have one

  • Swimsuit or clothing you’re comfortable getting wet

  • Flip flops for stepping into the garden after the cold plunge

  • A warm robe or dry towel

  • Dry clothes to go home in

  • Any toiletries if you wish to shower

  • No. This workshop is suitable for beginners an regular practitioners

  • No. You are welcome to stay snug in the warmth if you wish.

  • Not suitable for:

    • Pregnancy

    • Severe cardiovascular conditions

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

    • Fever, acute illness or recent surgery

    • Anyone advised to avoid heat exposure
