1. Yoga & Pelvic Floor Power with Sandra & Jo Harris Saturday 11th May 12-2pm

Join myself and Jo Harris in this in-person 2-hour workshop “Yoga & Pelvic Floor Power”.

Throughout the workshop, we'll delve into:

  • Understanding the intricate relationship between movement, breath, and pelvic floor function.

  • Practical exercises to increase awareness of the pelvic floor muscles and learn how to engage them effectively.

  • Explore how pelvic floor engagement can influence and refine your yoga practice, offering insights into alignment, stability, and breath control.

  • Guidance on adapting yoga poses to accommodate pelvic floor strength and addressing any weaknesses or imbalances.

Insights from Jo Harris, a seasoned yoga teacher trainer and specialist in pre and postpartum pregnancy yoga, adding valuable perspectives on pelvic health throughout all stages of life.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers valuable tools and insights to support pelvic health, enhance your practice, and foster a deeper connection with your body. If you have a pelvis this workshop is for you.

2. Yoga celebrating the Summer Solstice with Sandra & Becky Thursday 20th June 8-10pm

Becky Lennox and I will guide you during this 2-hour session open for all levels to celebrate the summer solstice.

The plan is still being hatched and will firmed up in the next few days. But in essence there will be some breathwork, some hot yoga - both a dynamic flow style and a deeper longer-held yin style practice. There will be the option to dive into a cold plunge. A revitalizing detox shot and a comforting cup of chai tea. Themed around the summer solstice.

The studio is nestled at Becky's house in Englefield Green.

£45 with a maximum of 8 participants.

All levels welcome.

 

3. Yoga for Beginners & Improvers with Sandra - Saturday 21st September 12-2pm

This is a 2 hour in person workshop that takes you through the basic poses in yoga, run by Sandra a qualified Yoga teacher trainer.

It is a unique opportunity to try some yoga, take your time, and find individual adaptations to suit your needs, gaining confidence and expertise.

Mats and props are provided, but of course feel free to bring your own.

There is ample free parking at the venue: “The Hub”, 57 Larchwood Drive, Englefield Green, TW20 0SL

Cost: £35 workshop

 

4. Yoga for Stress Relief part 1 (Online) with Sandra - date to be confirmed

This 2 hour workshop explores techniques we can use to find our way to step out of the stress zone.

 

5. Hot Yoga & Cold Plunge with Sandra & Becky - date to be confirmed

Becky Lennox and I will guide you during this 2-hour session. The plan is to start with some breathwork, then a dynamic Hot Yoga (circa 30 degrees) class of flowing movement. Gradually slowing down to a few longer held poses until eventually holding some seated postures for the Yin Yoga. We then step into the garden for a cold plunge (circa 10 degrees) and end with a detox shot of something delicious and a warming cup of chai tea.

The studio is nestled at Becky's house in Englefield Green.

£45 with a maximum of 8 participants.

All levels welcome.

 
Great heated room & for doing yoga in perfect conditions. Session went quickly, varied with strong poses, but help was at hand and some yin. The plunge ice pool was tough, but really does work. Very welcomed refreshments after. I slept so well that night. Many tx

A quick note to say how much I enjoyed the Hips Workshop on Saturday. The class flowed well with many areas covered in a short space of time and the class whizzed by; a sign of my engagement and enjoyment.

I felt the combination of moves/poses and activities was well put together and the teaching superb. The contrast of the two teachers offered variety and created a fun, professional environment. Two instructors sharing their expertise clearly and with obvious enjoyment of their profession, they offered an excellent combination of styles which I thoroughly enjoyed.
