SUPPORTING WELLNESS IN THE OFFICE

The sad truth is levels of stress are rising, which impacts us both physically and mentally. The consequence is we function below our optimum level, adding to our stress.

I am not the yoga type at all, but it has made me feel so much better. Sandra makes the classes fun, relaxing and challenging all at the same time. Like I said yoga isn’t my bag, but actually it kinda is now

Both sedentary or physical jobs can have numerous downsides, from lower back and wrist pain to tight hamstrings and weak glutes. The body holds this tension which often leads to poor posture impeding the body’s natural ability to take full breaths. This impacts our whole system, from reduced oxygen intact to how we react to a situation.

There is a way to stop this unhealthy cycle, through yoga and mindfulness.

I offer onsite corporate yoga in Egham, Virginia Water, Staines, Ascot, Sunningdale and nearby areas in Surrey, Berkshire and London to businesses.

The size of corporate yoga classes varies depending on needs and the space available. The classes are designed to cover all levels of yoga.

Practising yoga before work can be a fantastic start to the corporate day, a lunch time class can be a wonderful way to regain energy for the afternoon, and a yoga class scheduled at the end of the day can be a great way to unwind after sitting at the desk all day.

My weekly yoga classes with Sandra just after work are the perfect boost for life balance. Relaxing and at the same time full of energy, I feel like reconnecting body and mind. Sandra`s relaxing voice can easily take you to another dimension! Totally recommend it!
